Stessl & Neugebauer specializes in custom furniture and wall upholstery, whether the project calls for bringing life back into an existing piece or creating one anew. Our expert upholsterers use traditional methods and a keen eye for detail making certain each piece leaves the shop exactly how it was envisioned.
Existing pieces of furniture are stripped to the frame and the components are inspected and repaired as needed. New pieces are custom made from solid maple frames, high-quality jute webbing, and hand-tied springs. All pieces are made in muslin and reviewed by Eric Stessl before the fabric layout is approved and cut. We welcome you to visit our shop during any stage of production to see the process firsthand.
